Main Tasks

  • Set, monitor and manage Warch(ée) annual budget and cash flow
  • Follow-up the management of Warch(ée) general administrative and financial aspects, in close coordination with the program manager and director. This includes the preparation & follow- up of the yearly budget of the organization, and its presentation to the board in the last quarter of Y-1.
  • Ensure all proper financial procedures and internal guidelines are effective and correctly implemented.
  • Participate in drawing the Warch(ée) admin guidelines and ensuring the needed tools are put in place and well used.
  • Every month, control the accountability of the previous month & the reconciliation with bank statements.
  • Coordinate with the external auditors with regards to audit of annual financial statements and other certifications
  • Follow-up on and update the annual budget on a monthly basis
  • Produce monthly financial progress reports with critical analysis showing variations, trends and risks
  • Set and follow-up a financial business plan for the project's financial autonomie
  • Manage and follow up on the accountant activities
  • Prepare contracts
  • Follow up on procurement with workshop manager and program coordinator
  • Multy account management
  • Follow up with lawyer when needed
  • Insure all legal requirements and needed information concerning safety of employees and trainees is implemented


People Management

Supervise accountant work

  • Coordinate with donors and partners finance and admin in coordination with project manager
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Monitor spendings 
  • Evaluate needs in cash on a weekly bases
  • Projects Implementation
  • Ensure that the project spendings are being done in a timely manner and according to guidelines
  • Be able to foresee delays and propose mitigations measure ahead of time


Donor relation

  • Ensure Warch(ée)is compliant with donors regulations 
  • Maintain an overview of all grants, donor requirements, rules and regulations, and internal and external deadlines
  • Propose changes in spendings, line Items, spending rescheduling etc in coordination with Project Manager




  • Develop Warch(ée) revenues and participate to any business plan and disability study needed in that respect
  • Ensure that the filing and archiving of administrative and financial documents,l documents is implemented on a regular basis (hard & soft copies)
  • Any other task as needed
