Digital Marketing Expert Consultant

Tabitha for Relief and Development is seeking a part-time skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert Consultant to lead and supervise a team of volunteers. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive digital services to MSMEs impacted by the Beirut Blast, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the digital landscape independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Supervision:
   • Provide guidance and supervision to a team of Digital Marketing Volunteers.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with the individual organizational goal of each MSME.
2. Strategy Development:
   • Set-up and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each individual MSME based on their requests.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the project manager, to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with the project’s objectives.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Monitor and approve the content developed by the volunteers to ensure quality and relevance of the content developed by volunteers for the Facebook and Instagram pages.
   • Review and optimize social media profiles to maximize visibility and engagement.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Review the reports detailing the progress and impact of digital marketing initiatives.
   • Emphasize key metrics and achievements, providing insights for continuous improvement.
6. Adaptability and Innovation:
   • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing best practices.
   • Adapt strategies as needed to address the evolving needs of MSMEs and the community.
