Description:
- Assisting in preparing schedules and materials for psycho-social activities that align with the curriculum provided, ensuring that they are culturally sensitive and relevant to the needs of the Lebanese and Syrian communities in Aley.
- Assisting in conducting Community-Based Psycho-Social Support activities for children in the defined areas of Aley District, aiming to provide them with the necessary emotional and psychological support.
- Collaborating with the team in the recruitment of beneficiaries for psycho-social activities, ensuring that those who need support are identified and included in our programs.
- Recommending and referring specific cases to the most appropriate course of action, whether it involves further psycho-social support, mental health services, or child protection measures.
- Monitoring and closely following up with Animators to ensure the effective implementation of psycho-social support activities.
- Actively participating in evaluation focus groups and meetings to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records by completing daily, weekly, and monthly forms and reports related to registration, monitoring, referrals, and program implementation, in collaboration with other team members.
- Offering information and support to community members as needed, helping them access the resources and services they require.
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams and attending relevant trainings and meetings, such as those related to child protection and mental health, to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting the community.
- Conducting home visits when necessary to better understand the living conditions and challenges faced by the beneficiaries in the Aley District.
- Prioritizing the safety and well-being of individuals, ensuring that they are protected from harm to themselves or others during the course of our activities.
