Quality Control – Hospitality Operations (person or
company), responsible for:
Developing the Hospitality Operations Quality Control Manual – (English & Arabic)
Developing training material in Hospitality Operations - (English & Arabic)
1-restaurant operations, back of the house, front of the house, kitchen, and service
operating procedures
2-selling skills, reservations, customer relationship management… customer sales talk.
3- Administration, accounting, and basic finance (including running a small business,
P&L; cost control…)
Delivering training sessions across all projects, and regions.
Supporting with pre-opening and opening procedures across all projects.
Performing regular visits to projects to monitor operations processes standards.
Providing recommendations; corrective actions.
Following up on disciplinary actions with project owners.
