Job Description

  • Produce the finalized program and detention monitoring reports in coordination with detention monitoring team leader based on regularity set by the program management and by UNHCR procedures
  • Cooperate with the detention monitoring team leader in coordinating the flow of reporting from all areas and focal points
  • Check and proof read reports coming from detention monitors in all areas and provide feedback before sharing final draft with program management.
  •  Manage, Keep track and follow up on referrals on different levels with related staff within or outside the entity and the program on protection, legal, health and other necessary services and give feedback to detention monitoring team
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data produced by program activities and keep proper records.
  • Keep tracking records and databases in a suitable and presentable format for all input in all types of objectives, outputs and outcomes regarding program activities. 

 

Job Qualifications

  • A university degree in statistics and data analysis, psychology, sociology, Law, Political Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in reporting on a program level
  • Demonstrated practical experience in protection and social statistics, data analysis and related reporting
  • Computer, Microsoft office and English language skills is a must
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of UNHCR's mandate, programs and activities as well as values and principles.
  • Excellent reporting skills in protection and monitoring including detection of cases for referrals for protection, legal or health assistance
