Cyber Security support

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cyber Security support to provide strategic IT guidance, implement technology solutions, and ensure the organization's Moodle platform operates efficiently. The candidate will assess the current platform, recommend improvements, and enhance cybersecurity measures. Additionally, the candidate will support the integration of accessible technology to promote inclusivity for persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities And Main Duties:

• Perform regular maintenance on the Moodle platform, ensuring updates and security patches are applied promptly.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect against threats such as DDoS attacks, SQL injections, and malware.
• Conduct platform assessments and recommend improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any Moodle-related issues.
• Collaborate with ShareQ’s IT team to align platform management with organizational goals.

• Recommend additional security measures, including optional Cloudflare services 

• Provide detailed reports on platform performance and security 

• Document maintenance activities and incident management.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Moodle administration, IT consulting, or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Moodle platform management and cybersecurity measures.
• Experience with Cloudflare or similar security systems.
• Proficiency in monitoring and threat detection tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
