Solar Pumping System in Khiara village -West Bekaa

SAWA Group is looking to Install a pumped solar system in Khiara village in West Bekaa to cover the needs of around 5,000 inhabitants. The current existing system consists of one well with 2 pumps installed (50 HP and 25 HP), delivering the water to a 400 m3 tank at a distance of around 3 km.

Installation deadline: one month after contract signature.

The tender process will adhere to the SAWA standard bidding documents and is open to participation from all eligible suppliers and service providers. Interested bidders can obtain the Bidding Document package, available in English, at no cost. The documents can be collected at the SAWA Office on Bchara ElKhoury Street, Near Temple, Baalbeck. Alternatively, a request for tender documents can be submitted via email to tenders@sawagroup.org.

SAWA Group has zero tolerance for Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of beneficiaries. All staff are required to adhere to the PSEA Policy (during work hours and outside work hours). 

How to apply

Companies interested in participating in the solar pumping system in Khiara Village can ask to submit The tender documents by emailing tenders@sawagroup.org. The email subject line should include "Tender-SA24-002."

All bids must be submitted no later than 26/2/2024 at 4:00 PM (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope.

SAWA Group shall not bear responsibility for any costs or expenses that bidders may accrue in relation to the preparation and submission of their bids to SAWA Group.

The tender opening session will take place on February 27th, 2024, in SAWA Group office, Bchara ElKhoury Str., Near Temple, Baalbeck.

Note: The deadline for tender submission will be extended for an additional three days till Wednesday, 29 February 2024, at 4:00 PM at the same address mentioned above. All activities related to the tender(opening, awarding, contracting…)  will also be extended.
