Call for tender for Sanitization and Protection Supplies

Peace of Art is launching a call for tender for sanitizing, safety and protection supplies.

The procurement team will be receiving the quotations and will be choosing the supplier based on the most competitive pricing.

Tender Number: POA/T020-005

The requested items (Sizes should be suitable for youth 16 years old and above):

- Protective Masks, 3M-layer (12 boxes, 50 pieces per box)

- Protective Gloves, Medium-sized, low powder (12 boxes, 100 pieces per box)

- Infrared Thermometer (8 Pieces)

- Medium Sanitizer Bottles: around 500 ml (50 Pieces)

- Small Sanitizer Bottles: around 100 ml (550 Pieces)

- Knapsack sprayers: about 8 to 10 Liters in volume (10 items)

- Spray Sanitizer 4 Liter: (20 items)

- 1 Liter Antiseptic (Detol or Similar: 40 Items)
 

Note: Prices are requested to be in USD with VAT included. The quotes must include a letter-head showing the company's name, phone number, and email.

Suppliers will be notified with the results within 10 days after the deadline of submission (24th of September 2020).

Contracted Supplier will be chosen based on the most competative price aligning with the specifications requested by the call. Payment will be in cash as fresh money (USD).

Suppliers are required to have:

- Company License Registration

- Commercial Registration

- Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance

- Certificate of registration with VAT
