Peace of Art is inviting offers for requesting bids for kiosk stand tents under its project “Roots to Rivers”, in collaboration with WeWorld.

We are seeking competitive offers that meet the following specifications:

    • 8 tents (3x3 meters)
    • 2 tents (4.5x3 meters)
  • Type: Kiosk Stand Tents with Roof

2. Key Features

  • Size:
    • 3x3 meters
    • 4.5x3 meters
  • Material:
    • Frame: Durable, rust-resistant aluminum.
    • Canopy: High-quality, UV-resistant, waterproof fabric (polyester).
  • Design:
    • Setup: Easy to assemble with a quick pop-up mechanism.
    • Colors: Beige, Gray, Red and Blue.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery: To Peace of Art’s space in Ain within 7 days from the date of the order.

 

Pricing:

  • Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
  • Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.

Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.

Supplier Requirements:

  • Company License Registration (Obligatory)
  • Commercial Registration (Obligatory)
  • Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance (Obligatory)
  • Certificate of Registration with VAT (Obligatory)
