Role:
As a Digital Marketing Trainer at Park Innovation, your role is to educate and empower aspiring digital marketers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of digital marketing. You will play a vital role in shaping the future generation of digital marketing professionals. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Conduct Interactive Training Sessions:
- Lead engaging and interactive training sessions on digital marketing principles, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Create an inspiring and dynamic learning environment that encourages active participation and collaborative learning.
2. Design and Implement Hands-on Exercises:
- Develop and deliver practical, hands-on exercises and projects that allow students to apply digital marketing concepts to real-world scenarios.
- Cultivate practical skills in areas such as SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
3. Provide Personalized Guidance:
- Offer one-on-one guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to students, nurturing their growth as digital marketers.
- Create an atmosphere where students feel supported and encouraged to explore their potential.
4. Share Real-world Experiences:
- Draw from your own real-world experiences and industry insights to prepare students for the challenges and demands of the digital marketing industry.

- Collaborate closely with the curriculum development team to continually enhance and update the digital marketing training program.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in digital marketing, including changes in search engine algorithms, social media platforms, and advertising technologies.
- Share your expertise to keep the curriculum cutting-edge.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Proven experience as a digital marketer or in a related digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and inspire others.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is advantageous.
Duration and Start Date:
The Digital Marketing Trainer position is a full-time, fixed-term contract for the duration of the training program. The start date will be at the beginning of November, and the program will run for 350 hours, with an average of 5 hours of training per day, excluding weekends.
