Strengthening Food Security in Tripoli: Monthly deliveries of food and non-food items (public tender)
Via this public tender, Orienthelfer e.V. is requesting quotations for regular monthly deliveries of food and non-food items to an address in Tripoli, with an intended contract duration of 12 months.
To strengthen food security of a growing population in need, Orienthelfer e.V. provides food and non-food items for distribution to a partner organisation in Tripoli, Lebanon.
Orienthelfer e.V. is a non-profit, non-governmental organization launched in 2012 in Munich, Germany, by German political cabaret artist and writer, Christian Springer. Orienthelfer e.V. seeks to sustainably improve the prospects of people affected and disadvantaged by crises and conflicts in the MENA region, mainly in Lebanon, Syria and Yemen - regardless of gender, age, religious affiliation, or origin. Through humanitarian projects Orienthelfer e.V. provides immediate recovery in hardship situations and technical assistance to public rescue services. Its development projects contribute to equitable access to quality education and food security.
How to apply
Quotations / bids must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 24.06.2024. All further details on the requested items, contractual conditions and modalities for submitting bids are elaborated on in the attached files.
Clarifications:
- 12.06.24: The list of requested items can be downloaded in excel-format via the link in chapter 5 of the attached document.
- 17.06.2024: Please download the zip files to open the Annex 1.
- 20.06.2024: Some clarifications concerning several requested items:
- Diapers: If necessary, it is also possible to provide a differently sized pack but please mention the difference in the notes section of Annex 1.
- Tissues: The requested size refers to one single packet (not the big packet of 10 per pack) of facial tissues.
- Wet wipes: The requested size refers to a pack with 10 wipes (small).
- Razors: The requested razors should be usable for men and women with 2-3 blades – specifications can be mentioned in the notes section of Annex 1. The requested prise/amount should be per piece (not per pack).
- Deodorant for men: We prefer roll-on instead of spray.
- Mini cupcakes: We prefer a single piece of mini cupcakes instead of multiple smaller cupcakes.
- Dish Washing Liquid: The given amount of 900gr. can be replaced with 900ml. If the available size differs from the requested size, please mention it in the notes section of Annex 1.
