Key responsibilities :
Developing the materials and providing capacity-development sessions on mediation, negotiation, peacebuilding, and conflict resolution at the local level
Improving the knowledge of participants on mediation, negotiation, peacebuilding, and conflict resolution techniques
Enhancing the capacity and skills of participants in these topics using practical and participatory simulations
Developing the content of a digital curriculum that will be disseminated to the participants
Coordinating with the M&E Expert
