Call for Consultant: Researcher

Qualifications: 

- Strong academic background in social sciences, gender studies or related field 

- Proven experience in gender-sensitive and culturally-sensitive data collection as well as trangulation in qualitative analysis 

- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic. Knowledge in French is a plus.

- Facilitation skills are highly desirable. 

- Previous experience and/or knowledge in LGBTIQ+ mobilization, rights and dynamics in Lebanon is a great asset 

Deliverables: 

- a review of existing literature on LGBTIQ+ organizing in Lebanon 

- a clear record of discussion while preserving anonymity 

- a comprehensive report summarizing the findings and providing actionable recommendations for stronger movement building
