Description:
PSL Operation Manager will be reporting to “PSL Livelihood Manager” and be in charge of:
- Leading PSL project activities in the Bekaa area;
- Supervising and managing 2 Field Coordinators in the Bekaa area
- Leading and/or actively participating in the weekly meetings with Field Coordinators to ensure proper implementation of activities
- Liaising with PSL targeted municipalities and establishing proper communication channels
- Developing a work plan correlating with general PSL plan and ensure that activities are in line with work plan requirements
- Leading and/or actively participating in activities/ meetings/etc. at PSL targeted municipalities
- Collecting/Ensuring submission of progress reports and minutes of meetings/success stories/ surveys other required documents associated with Project activities during the Life of the Project and communicate these to PSL Livelihood Manager
- Ensuring proper documents for PSL cost-share (in cash or in kind contribution)
- Ensuring proper implementation of PSL interventions in targeted areas
- Coordinating closely with the Environmental Officer to secure documentation of checklists/other documents related to the program environmental compliance
- Ensuring that supporting documentation for PMP/M&E is secured and accurate
- Communicating to Livelihood Manage or Chief of Party of any conflict/problem or any other issue encountered in the field during the programmatic activities
- Other tasks to be agreed with PSL Livelihood Manager
