Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligence tools

With the support of the Irish Aid fund and in partnership with Trocaire, RDFL is implementing a project aiming at empowering women and girls titled: “Nurturing Resilience Through Psychosocial Support, Accountability, and Capacity Building for Sustainable Humanitarian Response in Bekaa”.

To achieve this overall objective, the project will implement activities under three main goals:

• GOAL 1: Women, men, adolescent girls and adolescent boys including GBV survivors use GBV specialized interventions and psychosocial support to meet their needs and preferences
• GOAL 2: Communities and people affected by crisis can hold Trocaire and local partners accountable against our commitments for an inclusive, dignified, and safe response.
• GOAL 3: Partners actively implement approaches to strengthen their capacity over time, with Trocaire support.

Under the capacity building component, RDFL is providing a digital marketing and artificial intelligence trainings for employees and subsequently provide advanced training as needed under Goal 3.

Based on the above, RDFL is looking for a trainer to conduct safety skills training for front-liners and educators in Bekaa.

2. Expected deliverable timeline

Conduct full training course for 25 non comms employees including project managers and coordinators on digital marketing and Artificial intelligence relevant platforms

Topics in specific:

1. Foundational Digital Marketing:

• Introduction to Digital Marketing Concepts (Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
• Understanding the Digital Funnels.
• Social Media Platforms: Focused training on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) for content creation, engagement, and basic advertising.
• Practical exercises: Creating social media content for specific and relevant activities in projects including photos, layouts and content.

1. AI Platform-Specific Training:

• Exploring AI Tools and Platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI tools, others).
• Project Management AI Integration: Training on how AI tools can be applied to project management, such as risk assessment, task automation, and resource allocation.
• Content Creation with AI: Training on how to use AI tools to create and edit content.
• Practical workshops: Hands-on experience with selected platforms and tools.

3. Responsibilities

1. Deliver face to face Training in RDFL’s Office in Beirut and Bekaa in Douris.
2. Develop a comprehensive and engaging curriculum that covers the outlined program structure.
3. Develop the training in both English and Arabic languages.
4. Provide pre-training questionnaires to assess the current skill level of the employees.
5. Provide practical examples and real-world scenarios to illustrate concepts.
6. Facilitate Q&A sessions and provide personalized feedback.
7. Provide practical guidance on how to use these platforms and tools effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Develop pre- and post-training assessments to measure participant learning and progress.
9. Provide continuous support and guidance to participants during training sessions.
10. Maintain accurate record of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
11. Prepare and submit a report on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.

4. Trainer qualifications

-  Demonstrate in-depth expertise in digital marketing and AI platforms and tools.

- Proven track record of delivering successful training programs.

- Experience working with NGOs in highly recommended.

- Experience in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions.

- The ability to provide online and in person training, and resources.
