Videographer Consultancy: Capturing Women on Board in CSOs (Civil Society Organizations) Wrap-up video.
About the Program:
LLWB, in partnership with Binaa’: “Building Integrity and National Accountability in Lebanon” aim to aadvocate for the Women on Board law drafted by LLWB, which calls for having 30% women on the board of Société Anonyme Libnaises (SAL) companies by 2030.
Goals and Objectives:
LLWB is seeking to recruit a videographer to shoot and edit a warp up video (5mins) within a period of 2 weeks for a project in partnership with Binaa’, focusing on all the activities that happened during the implementation of the project of 1 year.
The shooting will take place in LLWB’s Beirut Offices (Dekwaneh/sinelfil offices) and will have as subjects the draft law, inclusivity, diversity, and related topics project wrap up.
The videographer will have to film/videotape the short interviews with the executive director and the project manager, using the shooting equipment's and podcast set up provided by LLWB (LLWB has data of videos of the activities that it has implemented previously, to be included in the wrap up up video).
Specific Tasks of consultant to be recruited:
- Capture high-quality video and audio of the wrap up video.
- Ensure professional lighting and sound quality.
- Deliver final video ready for distribution.
- Create 12 trailers and social media teasers for the video.
- Adherence to LLWB's branding guidelines for video content.
- Timely delivery of all materials according to the agreed schedule.
- The videographer should be capable of inserting the bilingual (English and Arabic) translation content as required for transcription and editing before sending final 5 mins video
Deliverables:
- Final Edited video sessions of 5 minutes, including translation.
- Raw footage for archival purposes.
- 1 teaser of maximum 15 seconds with main ideas to cover the video idea.
Timeline: The assignment will take place the second week of November.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Ability to handle professional video equipment and sound equipment and lighting equipment, and editing software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Passion for women's issues, inclusion, economic empowerment, and entrepreneurship.

- An updated CV (Curriculum Vitae) highlighting shooting of videos and editing online video materials experience (in PDF).
- Provision of at least 2 pre-recorded videos or teasers links as portfolio.
- A financial proposal including the net rate in dollar for shooting the 1 wrap up video for 5 min and for the deliverables requested above (1 video of 5 min,1 teaser of 15 secs ), the financial offer should cover all the above with a Net rate in USD dollars and needs to include all the above-mentioned deliverables, including all taxes and charges by consultant videographer/editor in PDF. all deliverables for wrap-up video (Videographer should include all taxes) the videographer will need to give an official invoice including all taxes, failing to provide these documents will lead to a deduction of the withholding tax as per the Lebanese Law.
- Title of Document should be Financial Proposal for1 warp-up Video.
- Copy of passports or IDs and Lebanese MOF registration documents.
