Rental of Interpretation Equipment

Purpose of the assignment:

Kvinna till Kvinna is seeking a consultant to provide interpretation equipment for an advocacy meeting in Lebanon focused on women's meaningful political participation expected date between October and November 2024. Noting that the duration of the events is not set yet.

Scope:

The scope of this rental agreement is to procure and rent booth interpretation equipment for the specified event/activity. The equipment will be used to facilitate simultaneous interpretation services during sessions or presentations.

• Rental of high-quality interpretation equipment that meets the meeting's requirements and language needs:
  • Soundproof interpretation booths (quantity and specifications as required)
  • Interpreter consoles with microphones and headsets (if needed)
  • Wireless headsets or receivers for meeting participants (quantity and specifications as required)
  • Additional accessories or components necessary for effective interpretation

• Provide comprehensive on-site technical support for equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper installation and operation of rented equipment throughout the meeting.
• Delivery, setup, and removal of the equipment at the venue.
• Coordinate with Kvinna till Kvinna regarding logistics and setup requirements.

The exact date of the event will be discussed and approved by the consultant and the Kvinna till Kvinna team.
