Evaluation Consultant - Jbeil Education Project
The evaluation must address the impact of the intervention according to the project’s logframe. Misean Cara and JRS are interested in having a learning-oriented evaluation, the goal is to understand which processes have been effective and where improvements are needed to better meet the needs of the target population. This evaluation will offer Misean Cara and JRS an opportunity to enhance their practices by assessing how well the project has achieved its goals. It will highlight both successes and areas where goals were not fully met, identifying the main reasons behind these outcomes. Additionally, the evaluation will provide a comprehensive
assessment of the project intervention, guided by the OECD DAC criteria.
How to apply
Interested candidates should submit their applications by the specified deadline, September 29, 2023.
Submission should include a cover letter, a technical proposal highlighting relevant experience and qualifications, a detailed curriculum vitae (CV) of main consultant(s), two previous evaluation reports authored by individuals matching the submitted CVs, and a comprehensive financial proposal.
Applicants should ensure their application is complete and meets all requirements. Any additional documents or information requested should be submitted accordingly.
JRS will review the received applications and select the most qualified candidate based on the provided qualifications and experience. Interviews will be held prior to the final selection process.
Thereafter, the selected evaluator will be notified, and further steps will be communicated by the organization.
The selected evaluator will be required to sign JRS child protection and PSEA policies.
