Call for Proposal - Mental Health in the Workplace

 

This Request for Proposal falls under the project entitled ‘Supporting Beirut’s Immediate Social Recovery Services” funded by the World Bank. All activities carried out by the IRC partners under this project are fully funded by the Bank.

 

 

The IRC aims to establish one partnership with one LNGO through an open competitive selection process, in Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas. Under the framework of the national initiative for Mental Health in the workplace led by the National Mental Health Programme, this partnership aims to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Sub-grantee works with the National Mental Health Program (NMHP) on carrying through the development process of the national training material for HR managers as part of the national initiative for mental health in the workplace, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports.
  • Sub-grantee pilots with the National Mental Health Programme the training material through 1 training for 20 HR managers and revises them as needed, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports.
  • Sub-grantee conducts a one Training of Trainers (ToT), reported through a unique narrative report and training evaluation surveys that include a satisfaction assessment.
  • Sub-grantee rolls out the training to groups of HR managers, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports, and evaluation surveys that include the satisfaction assessment and pre and posttests (To be determined by the selected partner on the frequency of the surveys and tests).
  • Sub-grantee conducts the overall evaluation of trainings, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports.
  • Sub-grantee is covering the Mental Health in the workplace program costs, reported through financial reports (frequency to be determined).
  • All activities are to be implemented with the National Mental Health Programme.

Target: 25 businesses participating in Mental Health in the workplace training program
