The International Rescue Committee, IRC is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.
Request for Information Objective
The objective of the RFI is to seek your interest and your ability to provide money transfer services to the following locations
(Akkar, North,Bekaa,Baalbeck-Hermel, South, Nabatiye, and Mount Lebanon, and Beirut Governorate or any additional location within Lebanon requested by the IRC); noting that it will be through recurrent payments between an estimation of 50,000$ and 100,000$ (in normal situations)
Scope of Work – Technical Requirement:
Vendors should complete appendix A
Vendor Submission:
Vendors are expected to submit the following documentation:
- Completed Appendix A – as per attached PDF sheet.
- Legal documents (Business Registration, etc.)
- Company Profile
- Completed Vendor information form - as per attached VIF
RFI Submission:
Vendors who wish to participate in the RFI Process should send the information required to the following Email Address: [email protected] on or before Tuesday 8 October 2024 at 4:00 PM.
Any inquiries or clarifications related to this RFI should be submitted to [email protected] no later than 2nd of October 2024.
Note:
This RFI does not constitute a solicitation. IRC is not requesting any bids or proposals at this stage; IRC is seeking information on your business for internal evaluation and to support in building our tendering documentation.
Your response to this EOI (Expression of Interest) does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in tender or be selected for any procurement with IRC.
