يجب تقديم العروض على شكل ظروف مختومة يحتوي على ملفين منفصلين اللأول تقني والثاني مالي وتسليمه إلى أحد مكاتبنا إذا سمحت الظروف، إن لم يكن لإرسال الملفات الممسوحة ضوئيا إلى البريد الإلكتروني:
قبل الساعة 16:00في 16 تشرين الأول 2024 ولا يقبل أي اقتراح بعد هذا الوقت.

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors, the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development, and education.
In partnership with IRC donors, International Rescue Committee invites the bidders to participate in the tender of “Hotel Venues and Accommodation Services”, the book of conditions that includes an invitation to bid and instructions for the bidders, attachments, general and special conditions of the contract, etc.

The offers must be submitted in the form of sealed envelopes containing two separate files, for the first technical one and the second financial, and submitted to one of our offices if conditions allow,
If not to send the files scanned to the e-mail:
before 16:00 PM on 16th of October 2024. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
