Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Document Review and Management
• Assist in the initial review of contracts and agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Organize and file physical and digital copies of contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Update and maintain contract databases, ensuring all information is current and accurately entered.
2. Communication and Coordination
• Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation and review.
6. Administrative Support
• Prepare materials for meetings and take minutes during these meetings.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing contract processes as per the standard process.
• Coordinate with archive volunteer on file archiving.
7. Training and Development
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain a better understanding of contracting processes at IMC.
• Work closely with experienced staff to develop practical skills and knowledge.
8. Departmental Support
• Assist in tasks related to contract management, such as system upgrades, process improvements, and policy updates.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on contract preparation metrics and trends.
9. Compliance with Ethical Standards
• Ensure all contract-related information is kept confidential and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards in all professional activities and interactions.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or freshly graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in law, business administration, or a related field.
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain comprehensive records.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn about contract management and legal processes.
• Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying tasks and solving problems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Personal interest in humanitarian work.
