Level of Effort: The Consultant will work according to the deliverables listed below.
Background: The International Medical Corps Mental Health Department provides Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) consultations through its case management teams located in Bekaa, South, Akkar, Akkar, Beirut and Mount Lebanon. International Medical Corps also aims to advocate for mental health, by promoting community-based interventions through the youth and caregivers. Additionally, it provides awareness sessions on mental health topics, ECD, YEP, parenting skills, community support group activities. Moreover, International Medical Corps continues to provide mental health trainings and coordinate with the National Mental Health Program, with the MoPH for integration of mental health into primary healthcare.
Purpose: The purpose of this scope of work is to support the procurement of the services of a MHPSS Specialist to support in completion of the below listed tasks in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
Task Description: Consultants will provide technical Support by completing the following tasks:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support for revising the current modality of financing across various organizations involved in LPSP packages and assess its impact on sustainability.
-Standardize the salaries of mental health professionals working in PHCCs, including social workers, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists.
-Develop standardized guidelines for a performance-based financing scheme, defining indicators and associated costs.
-Establish unified compensation rates for psychiatrists and GPs participating in Communities of Practice (CoP) meetings between general practitioners and psychiatrists.
2.Conduct monitoring and evaluation analysis based on fieldwork conducted at existing pilot centers.
-Define key MHPSS indicators as baseline of the PHENICS committee framework.
-Standardize the use of MHPSS ICD-10 codes within PHCCs.
3.Development and revision of forms.
-Finalize national MHPSS forms based on feedback from IMC, other organizations, and the midterm evaluation.
-Design cover pages for each form to guide users on their appropriate use.

-Adapt forms for better digital integration into PHENICS.
4.standardizing the supply chain of psychotropic medications into PHCCs
-coordinate with different stakeholders involved to finalize the SoPs related to supply chain of psychotropics
Qualifications:
•Master’s degree in psychology, public health, or any other related fields.
•Specialized Trainings are a plus.
•Fluent in spoken Arabic and English languages.
•Previous NGO experience is a plus.
Deliverables/Due Dates/Payment Schedule:

1.Submit monthly report of the work executed at the end of each month.
By end of the month
