Tasks and duties

  1. Register beneficiaries for solar energy activities, ensuring a streamlined process.
  2. Prepare training materials for solar energy classes and related activities, coordinating with the center's administration and program management.
  3. Monitor attendance schedules and maintain work papers for classes, ensuring completion.
  4. Manage and facilitate solar energy classes, collaborating with the center's administration and program management.
  5. Coordinate with fellow facilitators and trainers for the success of all activities.
  6. Support the center's management in overseeing solar power and related activities.
  7. Coordinate with all center departments, providing reliable field information for necessary support.
  8. Ensure the quality of data and reports, sharing them with the head office.
  9. Write monitoring reports with appropriate explanations, sharing them with relevant parties.
  10. Submit periodic reports and actively participate in field needs assessments and project ideas.
  11. Fulfill all assigned duties from the center's management and program management, aligned with expertise and job position.

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate awareness of the main principles of protection and experience working with adolescents and youth.
  • Possess previous training experience, particularly in youth centers.
  • Proficient in using MS Office software and navigating the Internet effectively.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, including the ability to conduct individual meetings, case studies, and focus group sessions.
  • Show experience in charitable work and organizations.
  • Display excellent team spirit, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate awareness of and commitment to humanitarian standards.
