Job Overview:

The Field Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of training in the field. This position involves coordinating and overseeing various aspects of field operations, including personnel, resources, logistics, and communication. The Field Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and communication to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

This position is available in 5 locations: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, and Bekaa. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee field activities to ensure they are executed according to the project plan.
  • Ensure that project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Supervise and support field staff, including trainers and beneficiaries.
  • Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including equipment, materials, and transportation.
  • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for field operations.
  • Manage inventory and track equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations and organizational policies.
  • Establish effective communication channels between the field team and the central office.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and records related to field operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that may hinder project success.
  • Develop solutions and contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology.
  • Proven experience in field coordination or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and sometimes challenging field conditions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
