- HR Department Support:
- Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining HR calendars.
- Organize employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate employee orientations and assist with HR-related documentation.
- Accounting & Finance Department Assistance:
- Maintain financial records.
- Director of Projects Support:
- Manage the director’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes taking.
- Prepare project-related documentation and reports.
- Assist in organizing project materials and resources.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
