Call for quotations: Freelancer for Video production (filming and editing)

1. General objectives for forumZFD:

forumZFD is seeking to produce a series of short videos on NVC to spread awareness and curiosity to learn (more) about NVC. Other video production might be considered based on a successful collaboration for this first series.

1. The objectives of this freelance-engagement:

Record and edit 12-16 videos of about 1 minute each. The videos will be monologues in Arabic about NVC topics, outlining the relevance for real life, the challenges usually encountered, a few tips to address those and info about further resources. Captions in Arabic and minimal animations will be required. forumZFD will provide logos and Corporate Design guidelines.

Up to 6 hours (in one setting) most likely in forumZFD office/Badaro, recording must be usable for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook

Cut the content of each video to 1 min

Adding title, minimal stickers, highlighting of terms, adding endscreen with further info & logo, automated (and edited) captions in Arabic.

1. Corporate design

The videos must follow forumZFD branding guidelines (titles, typography, colours, etc.) which will be provided to the contractor

1. Delivery in different formats

Delivery of final video for upload in social media in different formats:

• Facebook: H. 264 video with AAC audio in MOV or MP4 format.
• Instagram reel/Story: MP4 (Aspect ratio between 1.91:1 and 9:16, Automatic in Canva).
• Usable for Youtube

1. Time Frame and workload:

Between 26^th March 2024 and 30^th April 2024, depending on date of contracting and availability of involved stakeholders

1. Fees and Payment:  

Please quote your price for:

• Max 6 hours of videotaping in Beirut (all videos to be produced in one sitting, probably same background for all videos)
• Post-production per video (between 12 and 16 videos)
