PSS (Psycho-Social Support) Trainer

Farah Social Foundation (FSF) is seeking a PSS Trainer to provide vital support and care to individuals in the Chouf and Aley areas.

Position: PSS (Psycho-Social Support) Trainer

Duration: 2 hours per Vocational Training session

Frequency: 5 Vocational training session over 12 months

Language: Arabic

Requirements:

Strong background in Psychology, social work, or related Field

Experience in providing psycho-social support services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create a safe and supporting environment for participants

Availability to conduct sessions in Chouf and Aley Areas

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging PSS training sessions covering topics such as stress management, coping strategies, resilience building

Provide practical tools and resources to support participants in managing psychosocial challenges

Foster a compassionate and non-judgmental space for participants to share their experiences and seek support
