Tasks
Administrative
- Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and higher management
- Handle all administrative duties and office managerial tasks
- Organize and schedule office activities, including meetings, travels, and conferences, as well as department activities
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Handle confidential information
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, briefs, graphs, charts
- Handle meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, distribute task lists and follow-up accordingly
- Proofread documents for spelling and grammar, directly responsible for clarity and accuracy of final copy
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Follow-up with key individuals and partner organizations
- Produce TORs, bidding documents, and all related supportive documents for purchasing units
HR
- Talent acquisition:
- Builds a network of potential job applicants, trainees and volunteers… by developing relations and partnerships with universities, hiring institutions and portals
- Handles the Talent acquisition process as per developed procedures
- Is responsible for ensuring recruitment skills development
- Manages Internal communication for HR matters (new employees, induction, data collection…)
- Handles integration coordination and tools (intranet for internal events and changes, history of the group,
- Handles internal team events in coordination with managers
- Assists in developing policies and procedures for team management
- Monitors procedures and assists managers for termination policies and conducts and archives exit interviews
- Coordinate with organization law firms
- And all personnel management matters (payroll, employees records, time attendance/ annual leave requests, sick leaves, Follow-up on timesheets)

Qualification
- Well reputed University Masters degree in HR, Management, Business, Law
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar positions
- Ability to analyze and systematically compile technical and statistical information and to prepare reports and correspondence
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word
- Flexibility in performing duties, with exceptional ability to execute multiple tasks concurrently.
