Field Officer - South Area

Administrative:
1. Coordinate and Maintain the Finance/Administration department files and
provide them on a monthly basis to the Admin/Accounting unit of DOT.
2. Coordinate on a regular basis with the Area Manager on all needed admin
and accounting issues.
3. Support the Area Manager in all logistics needs of all projects (stationery;
donors) visits, media, accommodation, etc. and follow-up on these issues
with DOT admin/accountant unit in Beirut HQ and the DOT Digital
coaches/trainers at the partner’s premises.
4. Assist in the logistics and preparations required for all DOT events, trainings,
workshops, activities, etc.
5. Collect and follow-up on success stories written in addition to photos from
the activities are delivered on time.
6. Provide when needed good photos for the Communication team at the HQ
level.
Training, M & E and other tasks:
1. Ensure co-facilitation for all training sessions in the allocated Labs.
2. Enter all data in relations to M&E on the Tahaki platform.
3. Ensure accurate information, successes and challenges are developed in an
activity report on a Monthly basis.
4. Refer all cases of youth when needed to the Child Protection organizations,
Education ones, Livelihoods, GBV or any other relevant organization.
5. Provide support to B.O.T. activities when needed.
6. Assist the Area Manager in all activities when necessary.
