Description: 

The selected candidate will be helping beneficiaries/SMEs entrepreneurs through  group counseling sessions, identifying specific psychosocial distresses and needs and referring them when appropriate to specialized organizations for better "self-resilience".

Ensure that all group sessions are provided with continuous evaluation, follow-up, and closure interviews
Develop effective tools to enhance the quality of the case management services, assessment, re-assessment, session and  follows up
Perform comprehensive Psychosocial Support Assessments for groups in vulnerable situations, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social aspects
Maintain accurate documentation of case management files in line with the National SOP’s other relevant processes
Handle referrals to DOTLebanon psychologist and when need to specialized organization
Identify opportunities to better support entrepreneurs/SMEs through helping them
Work closely with beneficiaries providing case management services in line with Lebanon’s Standard Operating Procedures
Evaluate and address all the needs of the beneficiaries in terms of psychosocial and mental health
Support individual cases when required and provide regular monitoring of all aspects of Case Management services
Coordinate and collaborate with the MHPSS team leader, Protection Officer, Project Coordinator/Senior Project Officer, Psychologist, and field team
Attend required working group and sub-groups meetings
Assist in providing awareness raising activities related to variety of topics
Ensure confidentiality of personal data and appropriate management of sensitive cases
Regularly conduct service mapping to update existing services in the area
Document the action plan and work with beneficiaries and follow-up with them to ensure developed plans are implemented accordingly
Ensure that all visits are made on time and all objectives/targets are reached 
Effectively identify, collect, and analyze relevant data, lessons learned, observation to form conclusions by working closely with the DOT monitoring team
Complete the reporting requirements as per MEAL’s and donor’s requirement (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) 
Undertake other assigned duties 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
90%  field visits - 10% office

The starting date is still pending, as we are awaiting the final project approval from the donor.
