Mousawat is secular non-governmental Lebanese NGO that was established in 2007. Mousawat mainly working in Tripoli region and target both Lebanese and refugee communities, which aiming at changing imbalance power structure and achieving social justice. Mousawat is implementing a project under the name: "Women’s Peace and Security Agenda is addressed by LNGOs and community" and aiming to train 15 local NGOs and CBOs partners about the Security Council resolution on women, peace and security 1325 and its agenda and how we can apply it on Local levels.

يهدف برنامج «تعزيز دور منظمات المجتمع المدني النسوية العاملة في تنفيذ أجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن (WPSA)» إلى المساهمة في التنفيذ الفعال لأجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن في العراق ولبنان والأردن وفلسطين من خلال تمكين منظمات المجتمع المدني النسوية ( منظمات المجتمع المدني) والمنظمات المجتمعية التي تقودها النساء (CBOs) للعب دور قيادي في تنفيذ خطة عمل النساء والفتيات (WPSA)، ومكافحة العنف ضد النساء والفتيات (VAWG) بشكل شامل وتعزيز مشاركة المرأة على المستويات المحلية والوطنية والإقليمية. بدأ البرنامج في 1 مارس 2023 وسيستمر حتى 28 فبراير 2026.
