ROLE OVERVIEW

Overlooking and coordinating all activities of the center, welcoming and instructing members, promoting activities, developing schedules, supervising amenities, and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the clients, members, and team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming new members, introducing the concept, and scheduling appointments.
  • Managing center calendar
  • Coordinating with facilitators and coaches
  • Following up on clients and members after the activities and private sessions
  • Providing the graphic designer with  relevant briefs, and interacting with the virtual community
  • Responsible for the small boutique in the center
  • Responsible for clients' payments
  • Preparing for classes and workshops
  • Keeping the center environment pleasant, tidy, and welcoming, with the help of the team
  • Initiating and managing projects that enhance center productivity, like introducing packages, excursions, yearly holiday seasons, etc.
  • Overlooking the small cafeteria administration
  • Managing the center library

REQUIREMENTS

  • A pleasant personality, presentable, passionate about well-being and wellness, community-oriented, compassionate
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • University Degree preferably in social science, psychology, nutrition, healthcare, or similar
  • Min 5 years of experience in similar jobs, in sales, hotel management, wellness and wellbeing, or NGO administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent English language, French is a plus
  • Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command of social media platforms
  • Basic Accounting skills
  • Lives in Beirut or the Suburbs
