Press Release: New Platform Out; Bridging talent with opportunity in times of economic uncertainty

Lebanon has been facing a multilayered crisis that affected almost every sector of the economy, including the job market. As a result, there has been a steep increase in the unemployment rate, with many job seekers and young people facing the tough task of navigating a difficult and challenging job market. 

In this context, and aiming to make it easier for both employers and job seekers to navigate the job market, the Centre for Social Sciences Research and Action (CeSSRA)*, launches on Monday, May 22nd, 2023 a new job search platform for the private sector, Daleel El 3amal. 

Daleel El 3amal, the job guide, is built on the success of Daleel Madani, the reference website for civil society organizations and actors since 2006. Building on the trust and legitimacy of Daleel Madani, Daleel El 3amal aims to replicate that success for private sector recruiters.

Daleel El 3amal makes it easier and more transparent for job seekers to find jobs that match their skills, interests, and experience. Daleel El 3amal also offers a listing of companies locally and internationally which work in various industries. Daleel El 3amal distinguishes itself as a job platform by emphasizing two main principles: transparency and trust.
