Duties and Responsibilities
- Transport authorized passengers on their official duties, as well transport cargo safely and as instructed. This includes collecting materials from project and suppliers.
- Load/Unload a variety of items and transport them to their destinations.
- To adhere to CARE policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
- Have a perfect understanding of all traffic laws and regulations.
- Accurately work on the vehicle logbook.
- Performance of daily vehicle inspections (Daily check the technical conditions of the vehicle).
- Applying the standard regulations and procedures in case of accident.
- Fully comply with CARE Code of Conduct and PSEA policies.
- Fully comply with CARE safety policies and COVID-19 precautions.
- Assist the Administration and Logistic departments in procurement, inventory & asset management and maintenance of CARE premises as and when needed and in adherence to the relevant policies.
- Ability and willingness to undertake frequent trips to and from the Field offices, including overnight stays if required.
- Commitment to working to serve humanitarian needs in line the values of integrity, service and accountability.
- Responsible for the safety and welfare of the staff in his vehicle and the equipment transported in the vehicle.
- Flexibility with Time.
Specification and competencies
- 1 to 2 years: Preferably to have previous experience working with NGOs.
- Valid Driver’s license with at least 3 years, clean record.
- Basic mechanic knowledge

Education degree: High School Field of education: No Degree Required
