Job Purpose : 

The digital marketer candidate will provide technical support to the 51 targeted businesses, & especially to the social enterprises, through developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns promoting the targeted businesses’ products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.

Major Activities :

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the targeted business owners’ skills and ensure alignment with the individual goal of each of the small, micro, nano & social businesses targeted.
  • Set up and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each business based on their requests & needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the project manager & business coach to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with the project’s objectives.
  • Monitor and approve the content developed by the targeted business owners to ensure the quality and relevance of the content developed for the social media pages.
  • Continuous follow-up reports are required from the Digital Marketer candidate documenting the effectiveness of all training and technical assistance given.
  • Review the reports detailing the progress and impact of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Emphasize key metrics and achievements, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt strategies as needed to address the evolving needs of targeted businesses and the community.
  • Assist in the preparation of the networking event amongst the targeted businesses.
  • Collaborate with other project-responsible staff to link the social enterprises targeted with other businesses located outside the Shatila camp.

Deliverables :

  • Provision of 20 technical support sessions.
  • Reports highlighting the digital marketing initiatives.
  • Detailed Work Plan and Technical Assistance/Training material & schedule.
  • Follow-up Reports

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, Master's is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
