Description:
- Plan, coordinate and implement the field activities (related to CFW a following the methodologies set by the Livelihood department respecting the set workplan, as well as administrative, logistical and communication procedures;
- Work closely with the farmers'/MoA nurseries and workers, providing guidance and technical assistance to ensure the quality implementation of the cash for work activities on the field;
- Identify the skills gaps for farmers'/groups and support in the design of training materials;
- Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection and validation through different M&E tools (Assessments, database, focus group discussion, surveys and other);
- Conduct relevant research and provide technical expertise to support the program;
- Provide comprehensive monthly reports to the field coordinator;
- Maintain the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).
- Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program.
- Given the nature and function of AVSI Lebanon as AVSI Mena hub, and on request, and in case of need; to collaborate with the regional structure in Lebanon / Mena.
