Description: 
  • Conduct regular visits to the projects’ sites and activities in order to collect visual material, information and needed data.
  • Collecting professional audio-visual material /photos, videos, stories) from the field and post-producing the material in order to make it ready for publication
  • Preparing reports, documents and other communication tools
  • Prepare/take care of press releases for local and international press based in Beirut, support press conferences or personal meetings with journalists and photo reporter and relationships with newspapers, television, radio etc.
  • Create visibility material upon request (rollup banners, flyers, brochure, posters);
  • Verify that the documents produced by the projects are in line with AVSI communication strategy.
  • Verify the compliance with the Donor communication rules.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of visibility strategy by project and for AVSI in all offices and centers.
  • Keep AVSI Mena social media accounts updated with news, stories, following a strategic social media plan
  • Collaborate with all projects for the organization and homogenization of the messages for the awareness and outreach campaigns.
  • Support in the Archive management and update;
  • Translating from English and/or French into Arabic and vice versa flyers, brochures, banners, newsletter and other visibility material
  • Proofreading of all material to be printed in Arabic.
  • Participate to coordination meetings at national and regional level when requested.
  • Perform other duties within area of responsibility, as requested by the supervisor.
