CBPSS Facilitator - South Lebanon - Sarba

CBPSS Assistant will be responsible for:

• Conduct psychosocial support session with children and caregivers
• Ensures proper/smooth implementation of project activities.
• Keeps the archive of children’s’ forms containing all the information regarding children’s’ placement and follow up tests, media consent, participation form, and other information related to the project activities.
• Conduct pre-post test and evaluation forms
• Ensures adherence to NABAD rules and regulations with special attention to PSEA and child safeguarding measures.
• Participate in situational analysis for their respective areas and report any incidents at field level
• Participate in weekly meetings and other coordination meetings if needed.
• Monitor outreach criteria and inclusion activities.
• Refer children in need of further support to internal referral focal point for her actions.
• Takes initiatives to respond quickly to unexpected challenges in the field and inform management team immediately.
• Formulates monthly reports on implementation process, challenges, best practices, and lessons learnt
