Scope and Responsibilities

ALLC is aiming to produce classroom materials (“Teacher Portfolio”) including educational content in line with the Lebanese curriculum for French - Grades 1 to 6, under the QITABI 2 project.
The Graphic Designer will be in charge of designing worksheets, class activities, posters, etc.,

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the content developers.

Principal areas of responsibility
• Conceptualizes, designs, and graphics to give the classroom materials a harmonious and age appropriate look.
• Collaborates and communicates with all team members to improve end-products
• Uses skills and expertise in appropriate design packages such as Photoshop, In Design and 3D Studio Max
• Makes revisions to design as per feedback.
• Maintains branding of all the produced material in line with the QITABI-2 branding and marking strategy approved by USAID.

Specific responsibilities

  • Conceptualize a cohesive branding style for the resource, in harmony with previously designed materials and the QITABI 2 branding guidelines
  • Design word template
  • Design classroom activities (like flashcards) using stock images
  • Design CD cover
  • Design packaging (box) to hold the materials
  • Design classroom posters
