One year framework contract for Kitchen and Cleaning Supplies
ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is implementing several projects in Lebanon and is inviting suppliers of kitchen supplies to submit offers for the following call for tenders:
Description: One year agreement for kitchen supplies
INCOTERMS/Delivery point: Acted office in Beirut
Delivery deadline: Refer to Instructions to bidders
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

How to apply
All bids must be submitted no later than 08/1/2020 (January 18th 2019) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to [email protected] , Cc: [email protected]
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 10 January 2020 (exact time TBD) in the ACTED representative office 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
