UNFPA requires the provision of technical research expertise of a firm/company for the conduct of an assessment of Reproductive Health services during COVID19. The consultancy firm needs to have technical and operational capacity to conduct, within a timeline of 8 weeks, qualitative and quantitative research covering 3 target populations (key stakeholders, health care providers and beneficiaries) across Lebanon.

UNFPA Lebanon has made commitments to strengthen the mainstreaming CVA into its integrated GBV prevention, mitigation and response and reproductive health programming and is now seeking an expert to help guide UNFPA and its IPs in tailoring CVA interventions that would play a key role in the prevention of and response to GBV.

The International Rescue Committee is an international organization specializing in emergency and humanitarian programming. In response to the influx of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, the IRC started a Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE) program in 2012 with program strategies implemented in various locations in the Northern and Beka’a Governorates. In early 2014, the WPE program also expanded to the Tripoli 5 region.
