The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation has defended women’s rights since 1993. Today, we are one of the world’s leading feminist women’s rights organizations, working directly in areas affected by war and conflict to strengthen the influence and power of all women. We work closely together with around 150 partner organizations in 20 countries to defend women’s rights, achieve gender equality and justice, and reach lasting feminist peace. We work in both conflict-affected and humanitarian contexts, supporting women’s rights and peace building with a long-term perspective.

Oxfam in Lebanon (OiL) is planning a national gender analysis that explores the major needs, relationships, and differences between men and women in OiL’s areas of intervention, their access to resources, their activities, and the challenges they face relative to each other. The analysis will look into several areas of focus, including livelihood, employment, security and access to services and rights including SRHR with the aim of determining common issues and threats and drafting recommendations to discuss, develop, and inform mitigation and response plans.

The overall goal of this assignment is to design Advocacy Power Reference Guide.

Femicide, the gender-based killing of women and girls, is a grave and extreme form of violence against women. Mental health issues in both perpetrators and victims are often significant yet overlooked factors in such cases. Understanding the nexus between mental health issues and femicide is critical for developing effective intervention strategies to prevent femicide and better support at-risk individuals. This research aims to unpack the connection between femicide and mental health, revealing critical intervention points.
