ABAAD recognizes the critical importance of gender-transformative and youth-inclusive policy-making in fostering equitable and sustainable development. To further this goal, the organization is seeking a qualified expert in gender and policy to design and deliver a workshop targeting a group of young men and women. The workshop will focus on capacitating the youth in question, enabling them to critically analyze policies from a gender and youth perspective, and equip them with the necessary tools to hold peer-to-peer discussion sessions within universities and political parties.

The Lebanese Democratic Women’s Gathering- RDFL is a secular non-governmental women's organization which works with the democratic forces and represents a part of the advocacy of secular democratic women’s movement, on the basis of international pacts and treaties, as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Universal Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women, in order to promote women’s status and participation and empower them, aiming at achieving full equality between both sexes.

Part of its annual communication plan, the LAU MEPI TL program works on a list of communication tools to showcase students’ achievements and activities. Therefore, LAU would like to engage the services of an editor for the Arab Institute for Women’s bi-annual journal, Al-Raida. Al-Raida, The Pioneer, is a bi-annual interdisciplinary semi peer-reviewed journal published by the Arab Institute for Women (AiW) at the Lebanese American University (LAU) in Beirut, Lebanon. We are looking for a Group Counselor/Therapist to moderate 12 support group sessions for family members of LGBTQI+ individuals. This initiative is designed to help them:
- Gain information about SOGIESC from medical, social, cultural, and religious perspectives.
- Engage with other parents and relatives of LGBTQ* individuals to exchange experiences, discuss concerns, and overcome challenges.
- Receive guidance and advice for stronger and healthier relationships with their LGBTQI+ loved ones.

The IPC was originally developed in 2004 to be used in Somalia by FAO’s Food Security and Nutrition Analysis Unit (FSNAU). Since then, a global partnership of 15 organizations is leading the development and implementation of the IPC at global, regional and country level. In Lebanon, the first IPC report came out in October 2022. Since then, two extra reports have been published, with another round scheduled for October 2024.
