MOSAIC, the MENA Organization for Services, Advocacy, Integration and Capacity building, is a holistic program committed to improve the health and wellness of LGBTIQ persons in Lebanon and beyond. Through its national presence in Lebanon and its regional networks in the MENA region, MOSAIC strategic goal is to achieve the coexistence of people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities (SOGI) in LGBTIQ-friendly communities and national systems. Founded by LGBTIQ activists and legal and health experts, MOSAIC will provide comprehensive services for LGBTIQ persons, research and advocate for policy reform, build knowledge and capacities on SOGI issues, and engage heterosexuals and LGBTIQ persons in the fight against homophobia.

تنظَم موزاييك ـ منظمة متخصّصة في تقديم الخدمات، المدافعة، الدمج، وبناء القدرات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، في مشروع ممول من صندوق الإنساني للبنان (LHF)، دورة تدريبية لمدة يوم واحد حول "التدبير السريري المتخصص للناجين الذكور من الاغتصاب والاعتداء الجنسي".

The Regional Livelihood of GBTQ Using Grindr:
Discrimination, Violence, Rights, and Relationships

This report brings to light the experiences of gay, bi, trans* women, and queer Grindr users (1,794 respondents), from the Middle East and North Africa. It covers violence, employment discrimination, housing discrimination, discrimination in a religious context, legal rights, sexual health, mental health, family acceptance, friendships, and relationships.

Case Manager

وظيفة

The case manager will be tasked to detect, counsel and follow up individual cases, conduct social assessment of vulnerable cases, provide listening and basic emotional support for urgent cases, ensure coordination and synergy with the main service providers in the area of intervention for prompt referral, follow up on the outcome of the assistance provided, with the support of MHPSS advisor.
