Tasks and Responsibilities
Goods Receiving:
- Inspect incoming items for quality, quantity, and condition.
- Perform visual checks of trucks and goods.
- Create bin cards for inventory tracking.
- Store items in a safe, organized manner.
- Complete necessary paperwork for record-keeping.
Stock Release:
- Prepare stock release forms approved by the Project Manager.
- Generate waybills for the shipped quantities.
- Update bin cards post-shipment.
- Ensure waybills are returned with all required signatures.
Stock Checks and Daily Inventory:
- Perform daily checks for accuracy in warehouse transactions and bin cards.
- Manage and report on stock status.
- Regularly update the Emergency Report tracker with inventory data.
