Key Responsibilities:

  Beneficiary Engagement and Support:

  - Act as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries during distribution events.
  - Provide information and guidance to beneficiaries about the distribution process, eligibility criteria, and project objectives.
  - Respond to beneficiary inquiries and concerns, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively.
  - Maintain a respectful and empathetic approach in all interactions with beneficiaries.

Support Field Operations:
  - Assist the Field Officer in planning and organizing distribution activities.
  - Ensure that all distribution activities are conducted in a safe and orderly manner, adhering to project protocols.
  - Help set up distribution sites, manage crowds, and ensure that all beneficiaries are served in a fair and organized manner.
  - Document beneficiary feedback and report any issues or incidents to the Field Officer.

Data Collection and Reporting:
  - Collect and record data on beneficiary attendance, distribution details, and feedback.
  - Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and prepare reports as required by the project team.
  - Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of distribution activities and suggest improvements.

Coordination and Communication:
  - Liaise with local community leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
  - Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and the project team, ensuring that beneficiary needs and concerns are effectively communicated.
  - Work closely with other team members to ensure coordination and consistency in project activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a humanitarian or NGO setting.
- Experience working directly with beneficiaries in field-based roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Familiarity with the local context of Zahle District and its communities.
