A.  JOB SUMMARY

The Awareness and Outreach Officer plays a critical role in promoting the organization's mission and projects through effective communication and awareness and outreach activities. They are responsible for raising awareness about the organization’s services, and events, as well as engaging with target audiences through various channels. They will take part in various capacity building trainings and workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance visibility and impact.

C.  MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.  Implement Awareness and Outreach Sessions

  • Work closely with coordinator, partners and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution;
  • Conduct mental health awareness and outreach sessions and booths;
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to target audiences;
  • Collect and compile data from A&O activities, including participant feedback, attendance, and visual documentation;

2.  Metrics and Reporting

  • Documentation of activities and community engagement;
  • Successful execution of A&O activities;

D.  QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed their master’s in clinical psychology.
  • Have at least one year of experience in public speaking positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, on field and in office.
  • Excellent level in Arabic and English, verbal and written.
  • Ability to commute to rural areas across Lebanon, motorized.
