About the Program

LLWB, in partnership with the British Embassy, has initiated the "Supporting Women on Boards of Syndicates, Universities, and Organizations" Project. The primary goal of this project is to address the challenges of women's participation in decision-making positions and to facilitate and increase female representation on the boards of syndicates, universities, and organizations, promoting gender equality and diversity in decision-making positions.

Consultancy Summary

The content developer will be responsible for creating web releases and articles to be published on our website. The scope includes researching, writing, editing, and formatting content tailored to the women on board initiative. The content developer will coordinate with the marketing team and the project manager to ensure that content aligns with LLWB goals.

Goals and Objectives

The consultant will be responsible for:

  1. Research to generate fresh content ideas.
  2. Write compelling and informative web releases and articles on the following topics:
    1. One general release about the UK project initiative.
    2. An article regarding the gender assessments conducted, which identified the necessary topics to be delivered to the women for each entity and the challenges faced by each entity.
    3. An article covering the trainings, mentorship program, and the selection of the top 2 women to benefit from the Certified Director Program.
    4. An article discussing the circles of dialogues.
    5. A final piece detailing the experiences of women who benefited from the project. Here, we can ask the content developer to provide questions to be asked to the mentees. Based on their answers, the developer can formulate a comprehensive web release.
  1. Communicate with the marketing team and Project Manager to address any changes.

Timeline

The assignment is expected to take place during the month of March 2024.

Qualifications

The content developer who will be a good fit for the role shall possess:

  • Proven experience as a content developer and copywriter.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong research abilities to gather information that will enrich the content.
