Job Responsibilities:

  • Employee File Management:
    • Assist in the filling system of HR files such as Employee files, and HR system.
    • Set up and update employees' files.
  • Recruitment Support
    • Support in the recruitment-related tasks.
  • On-boarding Process:
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare onboarding materials, including welcome kits, Employees Handbook, and other documentation that needs to be signed by new employees.
  • Documentation and Correspondence:
    • Support in the preparation of attestations and employment letters upon request.
    • Follow up on administrative procedures for Ministry of Labor (MOL) and National Social Security Fund (NSSF) documents.
  •       Training and Development
    • Support and follow up on the staff training needs, ensuring timely communications and coordination.
  • Support in performing other tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must have):

 

EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION:

• Fresh bachelor’s degree in business; Human Resources; Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any other related discipline. Or currently enrolled in a related undergraduate program.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION:

COMPETENCIES/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong organizing skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • Good knowledge of MS office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc...
  • Knowledge of filling system
  • ability to coordinate and follow up on various tasks, including administrative procedures for MOL and NSSF documents, staff training needs, and recruitment-related activities.
  • positive attitude toward learning and contributing to the differnet HR function
  • understanding the importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information

 

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
