List of Duties:

  • Develop the workplan, monitor the field activities and outputs, record and report the consolidated list of challenges from the different fields and unexpected changes.
  • Plan and coordinate organization of meetings and events including training programs with project partners regarding project activities in the field.
  • Monitor project activities and prepare timely field progress reports.
  •  Keep accurate recording and archiving of all activities, including data, attendance sheets, activity reports, correspondence, etc
  • Establish and maintain positive working relations with partners and relevant stakeholders in the community to ensure cooperation and success of the project implementation
  • Participate in activities as requested by the PM.
  • Contribute to the development of community communication products, such as posters, guidelines, etc., and requested by the manager.
  • Document the activities and progress in the field as a monthly report and provide information and inputs for the project progress/final reports.
  • Regularly conducts filed visits to provide technical guidance and monitor implementation.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
  • Reports and photography of all activities of the project
  • Ensure that project’s communication outputs are of a high standard; respond to the

needs of the target audience

  • Promote key initiatives of project to raise awareness and participation
  • Facilitate the implementation of the project's communications plan
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
